Dr. Namiranian was born in Tehran, Iran. In the early 2000s, he left his dental practice behind and moved to the United States, beginning his new life in San Jose. He decided that he loved California and was determined to make the Golden State his new home. He was inspired to become an oral surgeon after witnessing the life-changing result of a patient receiving corrective jaw surgery to resolve a severe underbite.
Dr. Namiranian is a highly qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a distinguished academic background. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the prestigious UCLA School of Dentistry and continued his education with a one-year oral surgery internship at USC + LA County Hospital. He then completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Washington, where he gained extensive experience in various aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including facial trauma, pathology, orthognathic surgery, and dentoalveolar surgery.
